• Personal/ Organizational checks that include a name, address, phone number, and current date made out to “SOY Seforim Sale Inc.”
• Visa, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover card
• Seforim Sale gift certificates

Returns and Exchanges:

• All sales are final as of February 24, 2008.  Any issues that arise with your purchases should be addressed to the vendors of the specific product.
• A receipt is required for any returns to be processed.
• All returns or exchanges should be brought directly to the customer service desk.
• Items bought at this year's sale may be refunded for store credit only.  This includes refunds that are as a result of cashier error.
  
• Damaged books bought at this year's sale may be refunded for store credit only.
• Software and Music CDs cannot be returned if opened.  Please contact the vendor if you discover any issues with the product.
• Damaged books bought at the 2007 sale may be exchanged for the same product if that product is in stock. This includes missing pages, misprinted pages or other publisher mistakes.  No other conditions will warrant an exchange or refund of any type from previous sales.

• Tax exempt customers must declare their status at point of sale and must provide a copy of their tax exempt form (you may pay using cash, check or credit card for this purchase).
• When a dolly/cart is removed, a major credit card or driver's license must be left as security. Carts may not be taken for longer than 15 minutes.
• Do not open closed boxes. See the nearest sales representative.
• No items may be removed from Wiessberg Commons prior to purchase.

Returned Checks:

Unpaid checks, returned by the bank for any reason, are subject to a $25.00 fee. The SOY Seforim Sale will attempt to contact you by telephone in order to reconcile the balance.

Out Of Stock Policy:

Due to high product demand, in-store stock is occasionally depleted. In the unfortunate event that an item is sold out, our website will indicate that the item is coming soon. All attempts will be made to re-order the item in due haste. Although stock levels on our website are constantly being updated, we do not guarantee the availability of any item.
